HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy and satisfied in the fairest way possible. If you have purchased our product from www.pilliz.com and want to return it or have questions about it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do ask for a receipt, proof of purchase or order number to help us get things going.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We handle exchanges case by case as well. If you would like to exchange on unopened and still new item please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit or an exchange for up to the value of the original item(s).
To return or exchange product please contact us at email@example.com and on approval. Please have your order number and billing zip code used to place the order ready.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
